1. General rules
1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between the Seller and the Buyer in relation to the purchase of goods from www.janaziedi.lv.
1.2 By visiting and using the Website, the Customer acknowledges that he/she has read and agrees to these Terms.
1.3 The Seller reserves the right to change the Terms at any time. The current version is always available on the website.
2. Goods and services
2.1 Jāņa Ziedi sells flowers, floral arrangements, gifts and related products, with delivery throughout Latvia.
2.2 All goods must be accompanied by a description, price and (where possible) a picture. Live flowers may vary slightly from the picture.
2.3 If the flowers in question are not available, the Seller reserves the right to substitute them with equivalent ones, subject to prior agreement with the Buyer.
3. Placing an order
3.1 Orders are placed online via the basket on the website or by contacting the shop by phone/email.
3.2 To place an order, you must specify:
- Name of recipient
- Phone number
- Delivery address
- Delivery date and desired time
- Text of the greeting card (if applicable)
3.3 After placing an order, the Buyer will receive a confirmation by e-mail or telephone.
4. Payment
4.1 Possible forms of payment:
- Payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard)
- Internet banking (Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, etc.)
- Revolut / Apple Pay / Google Pay (if available)
- Cash (only on collection in Riga or by courier if possible)
4.2 An order is processed only after payment has been received.
5. Delivery
5.1 Delivery shall be made throughout the territory of Latvia in accordance with the terms and conditions set out on the Website.
5.2 The price and time of delivery depend on the delivery address, the size of the order and the time.
5.3 The Seller shall not be liable for delays in delivery caused by inaccurate information or the actions of third parties.
6. Right of withdrawal and return of goods
6.1 According to the Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No 255 (20.05.2014), live flowers and personalised products are non-returnable.
6.2 If the goods are damaged or not as described, the Buyer shall have the right to lodge a claim within 24 hours of delivery, accompanied by photo/video evidence.
6.3 If the claim is justified, the Seller will offer a refund or redelivery free of charge.
7. Processing of personal data
7.1 Personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
7.2 The data is used only for order processing, delivery and customer communication.
7.3 Data shall not be disclosed to third parties, except as necessary for the delivery.
8. Responsibility
8.1 The Seller shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the improper use of the goods.
8.2 The Seller shall not be liable for delays due to force majeure (weather conditions, traffic disruptions, etc.).
9. Dispute handling
9.1 All disputes shall be settled by negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be settled in the courts of the Republic of Latvia.
9.2 The Buyer has the right to lodge a complaint with the Consumer Rights Protection Centre (PTAC) or use the EU Dispute Resolution Platform:
