General rules<\/strong><\/h4><p>\u00a0 \u00a0 1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between the Seller and the Buyer in relation to the purchase of goods from www.janaziedi.lv.<\/p><p>\u00a0 \u00a0 1.2 By visiting and using the Website, the Customer acknowledges that he\/she has read and agrees to these Terms.<\/p><p>\u00a0 \u00a0 1.3 The Seller reserves the right to change the Terms at any time. The current version is always available on the website.<\/p><hr \/><h4><strong>2. Goods and services<\/strong><\/h4><p>\u00a0 \u00a0 2.1 J\u0101\u0146a Ziedi sells flowers, floral arrangements, gifts and related products, with delivery throughout Latvia.<\/p><p>\u00a0 \u00a0 2.2 All goods must be accompanied by a description, price and (where possible) a picture. Live flowers may vary slightly from the picture.<\/p><p>\u00a0 \u00a0 2.3 If the flowers in question are not available, the Seller reserves the right to substitute them with equivalent ones, subject to prior agreement with the Buyer.<\/p><hr \/><h4><strong>3. Placing an order<\/strong><\/h4><p>\u00a0 \u00a0 3.1 Orders are placed online via the basket on the website or by contacting the shop by phone\/email.<\/p><p>\u00a0 \u00a0 3.2 To place an order, you must specify:<\/p><ul><li>Name of recipient<\/li><li>Phone number<\/li><li>Delivery address<\/li><li>Delivery date and desired time<\/li><li>Text of the greeting card (if applicable)<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0 \u00a0 3.3 After placing an order, the Buyer will receive a confirmation by e-mail or telephone.<\/p><hr \/><h4><strong>4. Payment<\/strong><\/h4><p>\u00a0 \u00a0 4.1 Possible forms of payment:<\/p><ul><li>Payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard)<\/li><li>Internet banking (Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, etc.)<\/li><li>Revolut \/ Apple Pay \/ Google Pay (if available)<\/li><li>Cash (only on collection in Riga or by courier if possible)<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0 \u00a0 4.2 An order is processed only after payment has been received.<\/p><hr \/><h4><strong>5. Delivery<\/strong><\/h4><p>\u00a0 \u00a0 5.1 Delivery shall be made throughout the territory of Latvia in accordance with the terms and conditions set out on the Website.<\/p><p>\u00a0 \u00a0 5.2 The price and time of delivery depend on the delivery address, the size of the order and the time.<\/p><p>\u00a0 \u00a0 5.3 The Seller shall not be liable for delays in delivery caused by inaccurate information or the actions of third parties.<\/p><hr \/><h4><strong>6. Right of withdrawal and return of goods<\/strong><\/h4><p>\u00a0 \u00a0 6.1 According to the Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No 255 (20.05.2014), live flowers and personalised products are non-returnable.<\/p><p>\u00a0 \u00a0 6.2 If the goods are damaged or not as described, the Buyer shall have the right to lodge a claim within 24 hours of delivery, accompanied by photo\/video evidence.<\/p><p>\u00a0 \u00a0 6.3 If the claim is justified, the Seller will offer a refund or redelivery free of charge.<\/p><hr \/><h4><strong>7. Processing of personal data<\/strong><\/h4><p>\u00a0 \u00a0 7.1 Personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).<\/p><p>\u00a0 \u00a0 7.2 The data is used only for order processing, delivery and customer communication.<\/p><p>\u00a0 \u00a0 7.3 Data shall not be disclosed to third parties, except as necessary for the delivery.<\/p><hr \/><h4 data-start=\"71\" data-end=\"101\"><strong>8. Responsibility<\/strong><\/h4><p>\u00a0 \u00a0 8.1 The Seller shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the improper use of the goods.<\/p><p>\u00a0 \u00a0 8.2 The Seller shall not be liable for delays due to force majeure (weather conditions, traffic disruptions, etc.).<\/p><hr \/><h4><strong>9. Dispute handling<\/strong><\/h4><p>\u00a0 \u00a0 9.1 All disputes shall be settled by negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be settled in the courts of the Republic of Latvia.<\/p><p>\u00a0 \u00a0 9.2 The Buyer has the right to lodge a complaint with the Consumer Rights Protection Centre (PTAC) or use the EU Dispute Resolution Platform:<\/p><p><a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/consumers\/odr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/consumers\/odr<\/a><\/p><hr \/><h4><strong>10.
